Louise Charles (Hong Kong, UK and Australia)
Jo's daughter Louise Charles (pictured with her Sponsor daughter Sarah) is the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer for Hong Kong and the UK. Louise divides her time between Hong Kong and London and spends part of the year in Xichang. Louise initially worked as a volunteer for the Foundation spending a few months each year in Xichang. In 2007 she came on board full time to take on the role as Chief Executive Officer, establishing the Foundation in the UK & Wales and Hong Kong.



Kristin Su Nan (Xichang)
Kristin Su Nan is the Foundation’s Chief Operations Manager in Xichang, China. Su Nan works as a teacher at the Liangshan Minorities Middle School in Xichang. She manages, coordinates and works very closely with Jo and Louise on all the Foundation’s activities in China.
 

 



Doris Choi (Hong Kong)
Doris worked as a Project Manager in China, Hong Kong and SE Asia following graduation and after working in the corporate world for two decades, she decided to take a career break in August 2009.

Doris says. "In July 2009, while in Shanghai, I met Judy Chang who is a sponsor for one of the girls in the Liangshan. Judy introduced me to the work of the Josephine Charles Foundation and I went to visit Xichang in August 2009 to see for myself whether JCF is the right charity that I can deploy my expertise and help. After spending one week with the Foundation I decided to be a volunteer for JCF. I now know the true meaning of "How can I say NO and walk away"".

Doris is the JCF Coordinator in Hong Kong. She has been supporting the setup of JCF as a charity in Hong Kong as well as fund raising and leading a team of volunteers.
